How you earn breaks down into three layers. The first is a base referral commission — every time someone you refer becomes an active user on the platform, you earn a percentage of their trading activity for as long as they stay active, not just a one-time payout.
The second layer is volume-based bonuses — as your total referred trading volume crosses set thresholds, your commission rate steps up automatically; the more consistent growth you drive, the better your effective rate becomes over time, rather than staying flat regardless of performance.
The third layer, specific to Regional Managers, is a regional override — a manager earns a share of the commission generated by every promoter and ambassador operating under them in their region, on top of their own direct referrals. This means a Regional Manager's earnings scale not just with their own effort, but with the success of the team they build and support underneath them.
